SERVICE AGREEMENT
We shall provide to the Owner at his/her residence, ________________________________pond service as listed below. Please choose one of the following.

Each pond service inspection will consist of a one hour service call, including travel time to the Owner’s residence. The service tech shall inspect the pond each month or as many times as specified above. Service technician will inspect the fish, pond, plants, stream, biofalls and skimmer to make sure they are all functioning correctly. The skimmer net and filter pad in the skimmer will be emptied, washed and beneficial bacteria will be added to your pond at each inspection. Upon completion all findings shall be presented to the Owner on an Inspection Report Form. This report shall include as estimated cost for any repairs needed.
Any work that can be completed within the one hour service agreement time shall be done with no additional labor charges. Any parts used in the completion of the work will be billed to the Owner. This agreement is for one hour of labor for each inspection. Any labor spent beyond the one hour limit will be billed at quarter-hour increments. All parts, equipment and medications used shall be billed to the owner at list price, less a 10% discount. The Pond Tech reserves the right to reschedule any service work that might cause a conflict in his service schedule for the day. The rescheduling of this work will be given a preferred status, and be worked into the first available opening, based on the estimated time to complete the work.
This service agreement shall be automatically scheduled with regards to the time of year and the number of inspections included on this agreement. For all individuals with locks (codes) on your gate we shall confirm each inspection date with the Owner to ensure access to the property or we can be given a key or code.
Fish Liability Notice: All Eagle Ponds service techs will use the utmost care and respect while netting, housing, and re-acclimatizing your fish and other pond life, both in and out of your water feature. Due to the delicate nature of the procedure, we cannot be held responsible for any unusual miss-happenings such as scratches, scuffs, cloudy eyes, ulcerations, awakening parasites, or loss of life. Due to liability purposes Eagle Pond Design & Construction must inform you we are NOT veterinarians. We will observe your fish and treat them just as we would our own. We cannot guarantee your fish.
Each one hour inspection is $90.00
