CERTIFIED AQUASCAPE CONTRACTOR

Eagle PONDs & landscaping, Inc. Has been
designated a certified aquascape contractor
(cac) since 2003

Aquascape Designs, the creator and distributor of the system we install, has over 42,000 customers. Eagle Ponds & Landscaping, Inc. is one of the 165 Certified Aquascape Contractors.

This certification comes to us after meeting the standards and requirements necessary to be a Certified Aquascape Contractor (CAC). Eagle Ponds & Landscaping, Inc. has been placed in the very select group of contractors. We have been affiliated with Aquascape since 1998, when Channing and I flew to Chicago to attend our first Build-A-Pond day. Since then, we have also attended all the seminars that Aquascape has provided in the Southern California area.

As Certified Aquascape Contractors, we have completed and exceeded the number of ponds installed in a given year. We also continue our dedication to our customers by keeping up with the latest innovations in the field, including the new Pondless TM Waterfall & Stream. This system allows the homeowner to have a stream and/or waterfall without a pond.

What is a CAC?  A Certified Aquascape Contractor must meet these minimum requirements before Aquascape will consider them to be worthy of the title.

These contractors have gone through this rigorous training and screening process, to ensure that you get what you are looking for in a pond professional.

Top Ten Questions To Ask Your Pond Installer

Steer clear of an installer without the depth to handle at least these questions:

1. How much experience do they have?

2.     Are they a certified contractor?

3.
Do they have their own pond?

4.
     Business references.

5.
Can I view your display ponds?

These top 5 suggestions should answer the main concerns.

The following 5 points will give “you,” the consumer, an idea of what more to ask for.

6.     Do you offer seasonal maintenance...and what does it include?

7.     Where can I purchase supplies? (Fish food, bacteria, fertilizer tabs, etc)

8.     Does your company participate in any annual pond tour?

9.     Does your company offer continuing educational newsletters?

10.  What is the main focus of their business? (Landscaping, lawn care, etc)

If your contractor can meet these top 10 criteria, you are in for a great pond experience.  There are many Pond Installers out there, some are good, some are just doing it as a side line.
